"I thought the driver was excellent. I did think there was some confusion over the payment though - an email that quoted a price to me (that I paid) said if the service couldn't be provided by one company, then another would do so for the same price. However, I received an urgent email – while I was mid-flight – requesting an extra payment because the route calculated was not the one that would be taken. I paid this extra, but the route was not something I planned, and this should have been taken into consideration at the time of booking."
