"The original booked driver never showed up but the company booked another driver who showed up within 15 minutes of my call to the company. He was an UBER driver and very polite and helpful. The above questions are not applicable as we were picked up in central London and taken to a Premier Inn at Heathrow. I have answered NO just to get my comments submitted."
